Place Bourassa is a 265,732 square foot〔()〕 shopping mall located in the borough of Montréal-Nord, Montreal, at the corner of Lacordaire Boulevard and Henri Bourassa Boulevard. The mall's anchor tenant is Super C. The mall has 54 stores.〔http://www.placebourassa.com/en/home/〕 It opened in 1966 with Steinberg's and Hart as anchors. Steinberg's had operated on its own since 1960 before the rest of the mall was built. The mall expanded on Lacordaire Boulevard in 1971 to include Zellers and a few other small stores. When the Steinberg's supermarket company went out of business in 1992, the local was sold to Metro and by 1997, the Metro store was converted to its sister chain Super C. Ivanhoe and its descendant Ivanhoe Cambridge owned and managed the mall from its construction in 1966 to 2006. The mall is currently managed by Calloway Real Estate Investment Trust and owned at 98% by that company. The Zellers' store that closed in 2014 is now a Canadian Tire. ==References== 抄文引用元・出典: フリー百科事典『 ウィキペディア(Wikipedia)』 ■ウィキペディアで「Place Bourassa」の詳細全文を読む スポンサード リンク
